Shared Experience
Your experience
  • Parmesan Flan: A soft and delicate starter made with aged Parmigiano Reggiano, the true symbol of Modenese tradition.”
  • Tortelloni (homemade pasta) with butter and sage
  • Tenerina (traditional chocolate cake)

Welcome to my kitchen, where the Modenese culinary tradition meets the warmth of home and the care of a private chef.

Together we will prepare three signature dishes from my region: A creamy Parmigiano Reggiano flan, Handmade ricotta tortelloni with butter and sage, and the famous Tenerina, Modena’s beloved chocolate cake. Step by step, we will cook, taste and discover the secrets behind these traditional recipes — from the stories of the ingredients to the small details that make each dish special. At the end of the class, we’ll enjoy our creations together, paired with a glass of local wine. An authentic and heartfelt experience for anyone who loves real Italian cuisine and wants to take home a little piece of Modena.

My kitchen is the one that smells of broth on a Sunday morning. It’s where pasta dough is rolled out by hand, tasted with a fingertip, and adjusted “by eye,” enriched by experiences gathered around the world.

It is made of ancient gestures, genuine passion, and dishes that warm the soul even before the stomach. I love baking bread, making fresh pasta, preparing risottos, slow-cooked meats, cookies, and spoon desserts. Cooking, for me, is about care, respect, and creativity: it’s my way of welcoming others and making them feel at home, no matter where they come from. Because cooking is not just work for me: it’s my way of saying “welcome.” And if there’s silence at the table for more than five minutes, it means I’ve done my job well!
