- Our cooking class with Roberta was so much fun. We had a great three hours cooking two types of pasta, sauce and tiramisu. Roberta was patient, great at giving us lots of helpful tips and was so hospitable. She took the time to get to know us and offered us some choices on the day based on the things we like. We would highly recommend a class with Roberta if you’re visiting Bologna. Do not hesitate to book with her.
- We absolutely loved our cooking class with Roberta. We went as a group of 4 people and we all said it was the highlight of our trip to Bologna! Roberta was incredibly welcoming and friendly and she has a stunning home. The pasta and tiramisu that we made were so delicious! Thank you Roberta for a wonderful evening - we would recommend to all.
- Un pomeriggio perfetto!
- Truthfully, we couldn’t expect more wonderful experience. Roberta made us feel like at home. We learnt how to make tagliatelle, tortellini and wonderful tiramisu. She is really kind and patient and also flexible with our cooking preferences. We also learnt a lot about production, origin and differences between different region of Italy. You can feel that she puts whole heart in cooking and it’s really not only the food but passion behinds it.
- Great experience! Roberta is very nice, easy-going and helpful. It was a lot of fun and learning. 100 % recommend!

Cesarina from 2023Location: Bologna Languages: Italian, English, FrenchI love my kitchen both as a space and as a working environment. I enjoy getting my hands in the dough to make pasta, including thin sheets and shortcrust pastry. Being Tuscan, my cuisine is a blend of Tuscan and Emiliana traditions. From the typical lasagna and tagliatelle to the classic Tuscan pappa al pomodoro, my kitchen represents a fusion of these regional influences. The journey through traditional flavors continues with favorites like tiramisu and the iconic Prato biscuits, perfect for dipping into Vin Santo. My kitchen reflects my passion for tradition and the joy of sharing these gastronomic pleasures with others.
