In the heart of Bologna in the beautiful setting of Giardini Margherita Roberta, in a spacious and full of energy environment, welcomes her guests to entertain a culinary experience of the Tuscan-Romagna tradition.
In fact, Roberta born in Florence has lived in Bologna for many years but being close by continues to move between the 'Emilia and Tuscany also blending the flavors of these two beautiful parts of our Italy. The dishes she cooks are many and in her creativity she manages to make classic regional dishes with variations suited to the season, the theme of the evening, and the desire of the group. Her passion for cooking stems from her childhood "I've always loved to put my hands in the dough!"

- Roberta was wonderful. Her kitchen was warm and inviting and she was very engaging. She took all the time we needed to explain techniques and the reasons for doing things. She provided additional information on how to make ragu and tiramisu. We talked about family and the region. The food was excellent. Absolutely worth our time and the fee. Thank you Roberta!

- ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had the most wonderful experience at Roberta G’s Italian cooking class in her warm and welcoming home. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel completely at ease. Her home is beautiful — and her kitchen is a dream! We learned how to make fresh tagliatelle pasta with a spicy sausage sauce, spinach and ricotta ravioli, and delicious tiramisù. Roberta guided us through every step with the relaxed ease of a great chef (she is one). And after all the learning (and lively conversation), we sat down to enjoy the meal we had created, and honestly, it tasted like restaurant-quality food. This was a highlight of our trip, and I can’t recommend Roberta and her cooking class highly enough. A truly unforgettable experience. 🍝🇮🇹
