In the heart of Bologna in the beautiful setting of Giardini Margherita Roberta, in a spacious and full of energy environment, welcomes her guests to entertain a culinary experience of the Tuscan-Romagna tradition.

In fact, Roberta born in Florence has lived in Bologna for many years but being close by continues to move between the 'Emilia and Tuscany also blending the flavors of these two beautiful parts of our Italy. The dishes she cooks are many and in her creativity she manages to make classic regional dishes with variations suited to the season, the theme of the evening, and the desire of the group. Her passion for cooking stems from her childhood "I've always loved to put my hands in the dough!"

Roberta was incredible! From the moment we arrived we felt like we were at home. She was hospitable and welcoming and her home was absolutely beautiful! She welcomed us with homemade crackers and meats and served us wine on her gorgeous balcony. Shortly after we began cooking and she was an expert at her craft! We consider ourselves very good home chefs and still, she taught us many things we didn’t know! We’ve been traveling through Italy eating at some of the best restaurants and the pasta we made with Roberta was as impressive as our experiences at top restaurants. From start to finish she was both exceptional as a host and a chef! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for an amazing experience in Bologna!

Roberta è davvero adorabile! È gentile, cucina molto bene e insegna bene. Ho provato a fare quello che ho imparato da lei a casa, e se chiedo qualcosa è sempre pronta a rispondere. Se tornerò a Bologna, voglio assolutamente tornare da lei! Se hai amici che vanno a Bologna, ti consiglierò sicuramente!

Skvělé místo pro výuku výroby pasty. Roberta je velmi milá, usměvavá a energická žena. Pokud o nějakém kurzu uvažujete, mohu jenom doporučit 😋😋

Roby hat uns sehr warmherzig empfangen und hatte schon ein paar Leckereien für uns vorbereitet. Wir haben eine Pasta und eine Soße, sowie Tiramisu gemacht, wobei sie auf unsere Wünsche eingegangen ist (z.B. bei der Wahl der Soße und dass wir die Nudeln ohne Maschine hergestellt haben). Sie ist auf alle Fragen eingegangen. Wir haben dann an einem wunderschön gedeckten Tisch mit tollem Wein gemeinsam gegessen. Ein toller Vormittag!

I love my kitchen both as a space and as a working environment. I enjoy getting my hands in the dough to make pasta, including thin sheets and shortcrust pastry. Being Tuscan, my cuisine is a blend of Tuscan and Emiliana traditions. From the typical lasagna and tagliatelle to the classic Tuscan pappa al pomodoro, my kitchen represents a fusion of these regional influences. The journey through traditional flavors continues with favorites like tiramisu and the iconic Prato biscuits, perfect for dipping into Vin Santo. My kitchen reflects my passion for tradition and the joy of sharing these gastronomic pleasures with others.
