In fact, Roberta born in Florence has lived in Bologna for many years but being close by continues to move between the 'Emilia and Tuscany also blending the flavors of these two beautiful parts of our Italy. The dishes she cooks are many and in her creativity she manages to make classic regional dishes with variations suited to the season, the theme of the evening, and the desire of the group. Her passion for cooking stems from her childhood "I've always loved to put my hands in the dough!"

- Roberta was incredible! From the moment we arrived we felt like we were at home. She was hospitable and welcoming and her home was absolutely beautiful! She welcomed us with homemade crackers and meats and served us wine on her gorgeous balcony. Shortly after we began cooking and she was an expert at her craft! We consider ourselves very good home chefs and still, she taught us many things we didn’t know! We’ve been traveling through Italy eating at some of the best restaurants and the pasta we made with Roberta was as impressive as our experiences at top restaurants. From start to finish she was both exceptional as a host and a chef! 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for an amazing experience in Bologna!
