Together we will prepare five delicious traditional dishes, such as bruschette, vegetable croquettes and mortadella mousse, all accompanied by prosecco, chips and pleasant chats in company.     We thoroughly enjoyed our class and time with Robera. She is a gracious host and patient teacher. Her passion for the regional pastas and desserts is infectious. She taught us to make tortelloni, tagliatelle and tiramisu in easy steps . We are confident that we will be able to replicate these dishes at home. We highly recommend this class!

Being Tuscan, my cuisine is a blend of Tuscan and Emiliana traditions. From the typical lasagna and tagliatelle to the classic Tuscan pappa al pomodoro, my kitchen represents a fusion of these regional influences. The journey through traditional flavors continues with favorites like tiramisu and the iconic Prato biscuits, perfect for dipping into Vin Santo. My kitchen reflects my passion for tradition and the joy of sharing these gastronomic pleasures with others.
