Welcome! I'm Marco and I'm waiting for you in the quiet countryside of Anzola Emilia, with a convenient meeting point near the Bologna train station. The house, an old barn expertly restored, is surrounded by a cozy garden and patio, ideal for enjoying food and wine with friends.
With my wife Silvia you will prepare three fresh pasta dishes, one of which is stuffed. After making the dough and rolling out the "sfoglia" with a rolling pin, three different types of pasta are prepared. Tortelloni with typical Bologna filling with ricotta cheese, parsley and more, Tagliatelle with traditional Bolognese meat sauce, "Strichetti" with Bologna sauce. We will have lunch or dinner with dishes prepared together while sipping local wines.
