I had the privilege of offering my guests an authentic Italian experience, guiding them through a journey that goes beyond cooking: from selecting ingredients at the market to understanding the essential pantry and fridge staples, mastering cooking techniques, and even setting a beautifully arranged table with the right plates and glasses. To complete the experience, my husband plays a key role, selecting the perfect wine pairing for each dish with his passion and expertise.
