A warm welcome to my home in the hills of Bologna, where you can enjoy a unique culinary experience! In three hours, you will learn how to make tagliatelle with Bolognese ragù like a real sfoglina. You will discover the secrets of fresh pasta making, working the pasta sheet with a rolling pin, a symbol of Bolognese tradition. We will begin with a welcome appetizer, followed by the preparation of the ragout and noodles. After cooking the dish, we will taste it together, accompanied by selected local wines. We will end with a homemade dessert and a good coffee! My home, elegant and welcoming, is also accessible to people with reduced mobility. A perfect opportunity to discover Bolognese cuisine in an environment with attention to detail!
Robbie was a beautiful host. Kind and generous of spirit sharing her joy of cooking w myself and my two children. Food and experience was wonderful!

What a wonderful experience. Roberta was so welcoming into her lovely home. The kitchen was very impressive. We really enjoyed her teaching of some classic Italian dishes, which we had a great time preparing and even better time eating.
She also made the most delicious mortadella mousse that I am still thinking about!! Highly recommend an experience with Roberta.

Our experience with Roberta was better than I could have ever imagined! She has a gorgeous kitchen and great attention to detail. My child and I had a wonderful experience and highly recommend it! She was kind and fun, and her English was great. We will definitely do another class with her next time we visit Bologna!

What an experience! This class far exceeded my expectations. Roberta was absolutely FANTASTIC. So inviting, warm, patient, caring and just so much fun. We had a GREAT time. And she made the pasta making so easy to grasp. Roberta went well beyond what the outline of the program even said. In addition to our 3 pastas and the tiramisu we made, Roberta had made her own homemade gelato that morning and shared with us, including a delicious black cherry topping from her own home. She also had some leftover Bolognese sauce in her refrigerator that she let us try as well. Just such a great experience in such a beautiful home Kitchen. It truly just felt like being with family in your Nonna's kitchen. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Bologna who loves pasta. To my surprise, it did not feel like a touristy activity at all. Felt very genuine. Thanks again Robert for the awesome experience.

I love my kitchen both as a space and as a working environment. I enjoy getting my hands in the dough to make pasta, including thin sheets and shortcrust pastry. Being Tuscan, my cuisine is a blend of Tuscan and Emiliana traditions. From the typical lasagna and tagliatelle to the classic Tuscan pappa al pomodoro, my kitchen represents a fusion of these regional influences. The journey through traditional flavors continues with favorites like tiramisu and the iconic Prato biscuits, perfect for dipping into Vin Santo. My kitchen reflects my passion for tradition and the joy of sharing these gastronomic pleasures with others.
