The experience begins with a welcome aperitivo on the terrace, where you can sip a pleasant glass of wine while letting your gaze wander over the city’s characteristic rooftops. Afterward, we gather at the table to enjoy a three-course Romagnolo menu, thoughtfully designed to express the soul of this land. The meal opens with a traditional appetizer: artisanal Romagnolo piadina, a symbol of Romagna known around the world, served with Romagnolo squacquerone cheese. The main course features gramigna pasta with white sausage ragu, or a vegetarian version with seasonal vegetables. To conclude, a sweet note: Fior di Latte, delicate and timeless.
