The experience begins with a welcome aperitivo on the terrace: glasses of wine to sip while your gaze wanders over the rooftops of Bologna, in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. After the aperitivo, we gather around the table to enjoy a three-course menu entirely inspired by Bolognese tradition, telling the story of local cuisine through carefully selected ingredients. The meal opens with shavings of Parmigiano Bianco di Rosola, enhanced by a delicate balsamic vinegar reduction. The main course is the true traditional Bolognese lasagna, followed by a sweet ending with a simple yet delightful dessert: Bolognese Fior di Latte.
