Welcome! I am Marco, your Cesarino, and I will welcome you to my location in Anzola Emilia, in the province of Bologna, with a convenient meeting point near Bologna station.
Here, you can enjoy traditional Bolognese dishes under a patio surrounded by greenery, in a joyful and convivial atmosphere. The villa, called "Villanzola," is the result of the complete renovation of an old barn.
Our dishes faithfully follow the ancient recipes of Grandma Marsa, who delighted us especially on weekends. I pay particular attention to the selection of wines, which are my great passion.
I look forward to sharing with you the authentic flavors of our land and the warm Bolognese hospitality!

- A unique experience with an excellent host. Great food and warm hospitality. We enjoyed the evening very much.
- Marco and Sylvia (the cook) were both amazing. The day with them was the highlight of our holiday. Sylvia was an excellent teacher whilst Marco kept everyone laughing. Their hospitality was exceptional and they made us feel part of the family. The pasta that we made and ate was fantastic (thanks to Sylvia's tuition) as were all the other homemade nibbles. The cocktail and wine weren't too bad either.
- This experience has been the highlight of our trip to Italy. Marco, Silvia, and Andrea were such great hosts and made us feel like we were at a friend's house for dinner. We had a great food, had great conversations, and it was an experience that my wife and I will never forget.
- Marco and Silvia's home for an amazing evening of spritz's, apps, pasta making/eating and desserts. Truly a warm and authtically Italian evening. Highly recommended.
