I learned to cook out of pure passion, exploring and experimenting with the specialties of the places I have lived: Piedmont, Lazio, Lombardy, and now Emilia-Romagna. Each region has left its mark on me, enriching my culinary style with diverse flavors and traditions. My experience in North America made me realize how much foreigners love our gastronomic culture. I had the privilege of offering my guests an authentic Italian experience, guiding them through a journey that goes beyond cooking: from selecting ingredients at the market to understanding the essential pantry and fridge staples, mastering cooking techniques, and even setting a beautifully arranged table with the right plates and glasses. To complete the experience, my husband plays a key role, selecting the perfect wine pairing for each dish with his passion and expertise.
