Rosa welcomes us in the middle of Bologna's historic center: a maze of brightly colored narrow streets, embellished by the medieval buildings and typical porticoes of the Emilian capital. Our Cesarina's house is located on a side street of Via Indipendenza, one of the city's most important streets, a short distance from Piazza Maggiore and the Two Towers.
The class includes the preparation and tasting of:
Sausage and spinach meatballs
Traditional Tagliatelle with ragout ( typical meat sauce)
Tiramisù
I also host vegans and vegetarians, with whom I will make arrangements for a menu tailored to their needs.

- My son and I did a pasta and Tiramisu class with Rosa. She was a wonderful teacher and we had so much fun. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I highly recommend this activity.

I am a lawyer by profession, but I have always loved cooking and the culinary traditions of Bologna, which are an important part of my life. In my free time, I enjoy preparing the classic dishes of our cuisine, sometimes adding a personal touch, and sharing these moments with friends and guests in a warm and authentic atmosphere.
