Hi from Rosa!
I live on the outskirts of Bologna, surrounded by greenery, together with my two cats, Tony and Gino, whose playful personalities always keep the house full of life. I am a lawyer by profession, but I have always loved cooking and the culinary traditions of Bologna, which are an important part of my life. In my free time, I enjoy preparing the classic dishes of our cuisine, sometimes adding a personal touch, and sharing these moments with friends and guests in a warm and authentic atmosphere.

- I am visiting Italy for the first time and barely speak Italian. Even so, Rosa was extremely welcoming and made me feel at home. She helped me learn different pasta shapes and fillings in a constructive way. In the end, the pasta was amazing and this class was the highlight of the trip. If you are looking for a homely meal with an extremely kind person to guide your lesson, Rosa is the person for you.
- Rosa’s kitchen offers a delightful culinary experience. Her extensive knowledge and passion for cooking shine through as she communicates with warmth. Rosa teaches the art of combining ingredients, kneading pasta dough, rolling it out thinly with a rolling pin, and folding it to create tortellini. The perfect conclusion to our cooking class was sitting down together to enjoy the meal we had prepared. Rosa’s cooking class is highly recommended, offering solid information and warm hospitality.
- My son and I did a pasta and Tiramisu class with Rosa. She was a wonderful teacher and we had so much fun. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I highly recommend this activity.
- Really authentic cooking class with a very friendly host! Rosa made us feel at home and made sure that we didn't leave hungry. We also really appreciated thst she only spoke Italian with us even though our Italian wasn't perfect. We would definitely book this course again!
- Stare a casa di Rosa è stato come stare a casa mia: lo stesso calore, la stessa accoglienza. Con una pazienza infinita mi ha insegnato a fare i tortellini, spiegandomi ogni gesto più e più volte, finché non ci sono riuscita. Rosa non insegna solo a cucinare: ti trasmette l’amore per la tradizione, dal brodo ai piccoli segreti che fanno la differenza. È stata un’esperienza bellissima, autentica, che porterò con me.
