I live on the outskirts of Bologna, surrounded by greenery, together with my two cats, Tony and Gino, whose playful personalities always keep the house full of life. I am a lawyer by profession, but I have always loved cooking and the culinary traditions of Bologna, which are an important part of my life. In my free time, I enjoy preparing the classic dishes of our cuisine, sometimes adding a personal touch, and sharing these moments with friends and guests in a warm and authentic atmosphere.

- When in Bologna, make pasta! We had a private cooking class, with Rosa as our guide. We met in her home and spent a very enjoyable, relaxed and informal evening talking about food, history, and of course, pasta. We made three distinct shapes of pasta, filling them with cheese, spinach, fresh mozzarella and shrimp.Then, we covered our pasta with different sauces that Rosa had made and had a sumptuous meal. Cooking with Rosa was an experience not to be missed. She is funny, entertaining, and knows her pasta! This evening was a highlight of our trip and gave us a more intimate understanding of the cuisine, people and culture of Bologna! We highly recommend Rosa and her cooking class Barbara and Mark, from San Francisco.
- Rosa was not only a great cook and teacher but a great host to spend the evening with. 10/10 would recommend. Had a great time with Gina and Tony Stark too.

- Words can't fully describe what an incredible experience our family [my husband, myself and our two children, ages 15 and 9] had cooking and connecting with Rosa on our recent trip to Bologna. This meal was truly a highlight of our entire vacation. Rosa was so welcoming and kind, and made us feel like family the moment we arrived at her home. We prepared several dishes together including bruschetta, lasagna and tagliatelle with ragu - she broke down each recipe step-by-step and made it very easy and accessible for each of us. What a joy to watch my teenage son rolling the tagliatelle pasta like a pro! We shared wine, stories and laughs throughout the evening - it was an instant connection, truly like visiting an old friend.
- We booked Rosa's "Let's cook together: tradition and fun in the kitchen" class for our family of 4 and had such a great time! Indeed it was an experience filled with plenty of tradition, and plenty of fun. Rosa was wonderful with the kids, generous, a total expert, and overall unforgettable. We'll treasure the time we spent in her kitchen, and we especially appreciated her ability to improvise and fix unexpected problems! We're so happy we made time during our vacation to meet and learn with her.
