You can find your way to Rosa’s delightful home through the colourful, winding streets of Bologna’s historical centre. Make sure you take the time to admire the ancient buildings and porticoes unique to this stunning city! Rosa’s apartment is just off the main shopping street, Via dell’Indipendenza, just a stone’s throw away from Piazza Maggiore and the Due Torri. Rosa is a lawyer by profession, and fills her spare time with sport and cooking. She’s lived in the city for over 45 years, and is passionate about the area’s culinary traditions. “I took a great cooking course where I learned to make fresh pasta and iconic Bolognese dishes.”

Rosa has created a great culunary experience and has learned me a lot of nice Italian recipes. These dishes were not only simple to prepare but she has a natural flair to explain everything and even entertain her guests. So I would like to recommend Rosa in case you are looking for a fine cooking class and want to learn something about Italian culture and way of life.

We had an amazing time with Rosa! She was such an amazing host and taught us so much! We were in Bologna as part of my birthday trip and Rosa kindly also prepared some birthday pizzas to celebrate! All the food was absolutely delicious and we can’t wait to make everything at home again!

My husband and I booked our class with Rosa very last minute after two others with different companies canceled. We were so happy we ended up learning from Rosa. She was kind, so much fun, and taught in a way that made it so we could actually use the skills we learned. We made tagliatelle with ragu, meatballs, and tiramisu, and will absolutely make it all again. I could not recommend this course more. Some of the best money and food we ate in Bologna!
