We had a wonderful evening learning to make tortelloni, tagliatelle and tiramisù with Alessandra. Our host was a wonderful teacher and at the same time made us feel so welcome in her home as if we were part of the family. The evening with Alessandra was definitely one of the highlights of our trip to Bologna and we would recommend this experience to everyone who would like to learn how to make authentic Bolognese pasta!

Alessandra was very welcoming when we arrived. We enjoyed chatting with her and learning about life in Italy. We made tiramisu, tortilloni, and gnocchi. We had fun learning new cooking techniques. We’re excited to try to recreate this food at home! Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

This was my second cooking class together with Alessandra during my visit in Bologna. And I had a really wonderful day again. We made very taste cannelloni with pumpkin and cannelloni ricotta and spinach. I think cannelloni is my new favorite!
