I was introduced to the world of fresh pasta and cooking as a child thanks to my mother and grandmothers, who passed on to me a passion for cooking and good food.As a teenager, I dreamed of opening my own restaurant and, starting with no experience, I worked in different places as a pasta maker and chef to learn the craft.Today, my idea has evolved: I enjoy organizing events at my home or at other people’s homes, bringing my cuisine, mainly based on Emilia-style fresh pasta, preceded by aperitifs and followed by spoon desserts or cakes.
