- We (family of 5) spent an absolutely lovely late morning/early afternoon with Veronica learning how to make Tortolani and Tagliatelle. She was a great teacher and in addition to learning to make pasta she shared a lot about Bologna and its cuisine and culture. The meal was delicious and lively - the wine was (even for a Californian wine snob) delicious and a perfect pairing. If you are in Bologna I strongly recommend!!!
