I learned the dishes of the Bolognese tradition from my grandmothers: from nettle tagliatelle (hand-rolled with a rolling pin) to lasagna, tortelloni, cannelloni, and tortellini, passing through stuffed zucchini, meatballs, Cotoletta alla Petroniana, hunter-style rabbit, and crescentine, all the way to rice cake, raviole, and the Christmas pinza.I also love experimenting with other cuisines: from the Sardinian tradition (my husband is Sardinian) to all the regional specialties of our beautiful Italy. For me, the key is always to use top-quality ingredients and pair every dish with a good wine to bring out its full flavor!
