We enjoyed the everning. The private atmosphere and Ana's well designed course made the evening a special event. It was not only cooking but also sitting together and talking about evering under the sun.

We had an amazing experience with Annamaria ! Her recipes along with her patience and training were all fantastic. We felt so comfortable in her home that after our delicious dinner together we felt as if we were simply dining with good friends. Since getting home from our trip we have made our recipes on our own! Thank you for an amazing and unique experience. Oh…..And her English was appreciated also ! :)

I gave her 5 stars because it’s the highest ranking but it should be 10 stars. AnnaMaria was amazing , the whole experience was fantastic, yes the cooking class was more than I expected, but getting to have dinner with her and Francesco in their lovely terrace was the highlight of the evening. I truly recommend this experience to all, you won’t be disappointed. Grazie Mille AnnaMaria!

AnnaMaria was absolutely amazing. She taught us 2 pasta dishes and a dessert! Time was of no essence to her which was wonderful as we spoke about their culture, family history and foods. We learned a lot and we come from a history of owning our own restaurants. Worth the cost. I highly recommend this class in Bologna.
