- We really enjoyed our cooking class with Annamaria. She was patient, kind and very knowledgeable. We felt comfortable and enjoyed a lovely lunch on the terrace with Annamaria and her husband Francesco.

We learned so much and can't wait to put it to use here at home in the states. The food was DELICIOUS! I highly recommend this class to anyone wanting an authentic Bologna cooking experience!
- Annamaria has created a unique and special experience opening her home to travelers like us looking to get a taste of Bologna. She even gave us a few “secrets” from her grandmother to make each dish perfect. Sitting around her table on the terrace with our home cooked (delicious!) meal and newly made friends was a memorable moment we will cherish.
- We had an amazing time with our new friends. Annamaria and her husband Francesco were a joy to spend time with. The recipe we learned was amazing and meaningful. One of my favourite parts of the trip.
