- We had a truly wonderful evening. Annamaria and her husband are very hospitable and warm-hearted people. The food we cooked tasted fantastic, and we’re taking some great recipes home with us. If you’re looking for an authentic experience with local hosts, I highly recommend this cooking class.

- Annamaria was a wonderful teacher and host. Her preparation was faultless, her instructions were clear and as a result we produced two great pastas and a delicious tiramisu. The class was held on her balcony with a wonderful view over Bologna. After the food prep, we enjoyed And aperitivo then sat down to dinner with Annamaria and her husband as if we were old friends. They were so very welcoming and overall it was a fantastic experience. A highlight of our time in Bologna.
