Among the delicacies my guests adore, the "Tortellini alla Goccia d'Oro" stands out, prepared with a reduction of hen broth, enriched with cream, Parmesan, and saffron, along with the irresistible Bolognese cutlet. Homemade pasta, bread-making, and pastry in general are the beating heart of my passion for cooking, a love I enjoy sharing through every dish I prepare.

You made us feel so welcome and it was such a pleasure talking with you about Italian Culture. We appreciate you recommending for us to walk about to our hotel which was located in the heart of the city center. The walk and scenery was truly breath taking as you had mentioned it would be. Very warm and gracious! Took us on a market tour and explained the history of the market very informative as well as the history of Bologna. Went to her house and taught us how to make tiramisu and homemade tortillino and pasta, had appetizer with wine and the pasta and tiramisu we made! Delicious! Bon appetite
