- This was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Bologna! The class took place in our chef’s beautiful home, which instantly made the experience feel warm and authentic. We started with a glass of crisp prosecco and learned to make three different kinds of pasta completely from scratch — each one more delicious than the last. The ingredients were unbelievably fresh, with herbs like sage picked straight from her garden. After cooking, we sat outside in her gorgeous garden and enjoyed our meal together — a perfect mix of laughter, great food, and wonderful company. If you’re looking for a genuine Italian cooking experience that feels both intimate and inspiring, this class is a must-do. I left full, happy, and ready to recreate these recipes at home!

Adriana ci ha accolto nella sua bellissima casa con un aperitivo preparato da lei, siamo poi entrati nel vivo della cooking class ed e’ stato molto divertente preparare i tortellini insieme. Adriana ci ha seguito attentamente e ci ha dato tanti consigli. L’esperienza si è conclusa con una cenetta in giardino con vista Portici di San Luca. Consiglio vivamente! - From the moment we arrived, Adriana welcomed us into her home like we were family. We had a wonderful time learning how to make tortelloni, tagliatelle and tiramisu. The three T’s!
