Hello everyone! Originally from Rimini, I've been living in Bologna for a while now. My cuisine is a blend of tradition, with my heart divided between Emilia and the sea. I craft handmade fresh pasta, following the recipes passed down from my great-grandmother. My profession as a chef completes the mix of flavors that I bring to the table.
