L’esperienza è stata fantastica! Cristina è di un'accoglienza straordinaria, bravissima nelle spiegazioni, segue tutti i partecipanti ed è super generosa nel condividere ricette e consigli. Appena arrivata, mi sono subito sentita a casa...come una cena in famiglia...grazie anche all'accoglienza e simpatia del MITICO Enrico! Vogli sicuramente ripetere l'esperienza in futuro.

Cristina è stata fantastica, ci ha spiegato chiaramente come preparare dei favolosi tortellini ma anche altre ricette della splendida cucina bolognese! L’accoglienza è stata super, ci ha fatto assaggiare delle tigelle buonissime fatte al momento e un ottimo San Giovese! Una menzione speciale al suo simpaticissimo marito e alla sua amica che ci hanno fatto compagnia! È stata una occasione unica dove condividere ricordi e momenti personali tra un tortellino e l’altro!

Our cooking class with Cristina was amazing. She is so welcoming and a very good teacher. She was so good with our son. The recipes were not only delicious, but her instructions were very easy to follow. We made tagliatelle with ragu, and tiramisu. She offered us cheese, mortadella, and some lovely wine and gave us great recommendations for where to eat. Cristina was the best. She made us feel so welcome, like we were apart of her family. My family and I will definitely do another class with her. I can't recommend her class enough.

I have booked a private cooking class for (a part of) my family. Cristina's class was great. It was heartwarming how much dedication she showed and she infected us with her passion for Italian pasta and food in general like tasting cheese with 25 year old Balsamico! Although I came with some experience she provided more techniques and hints how to optimize the pasta dishes. We also made a starter and a desert which were delicious but the Pasta-making is what I will remember most. It was a lovely family experience which also included her very kind husband! If I could I would rate her six stars!
