Since childhood, the kitchen was the heart of family life, and my two grandmothers were extraordinary cooks. I admired them as they created their magical specialties. It is from this love for cooking that I began my culinary journey. Over time, I enriched my passion by creating increasingly delightful menus, becoming the reference point for my large family on every special occasion. Today, I am excited to share my culinary experience with you through a unique cooking class. I will teach you three traditional Bolognese recipes and bruschettas with seasonal products. It will be an opportunity to immerse yourselves in the history and authentic flavors of Bologna.

- It was an amazing evening with Cristina and her husband. We learned so much about pasta und had nice talks. Both were so accommodating and heartwarming. This experience was definitly the highlight in Bologna.

- I have booked a private cooking class for (a part of) my family. Cristina's class was great. It was heartwarming how much dedication she showed and she infected us with her passion for Italian pasta and food in general like tasting cheese with 25 year old Balsamico! Although I came with some experience she provided more techniques and hints how to optimize the pasta dishes. We also made a starter and a desert which were delicious but the Pasta-making is what I will remember most. It was a lovely family experience which also included her very kind husband! If I could I would rate her six stars!

E in quell'occasione abbiamo scoperto che il tortellino perfetto non è solo frutto di una ricetta e di mani sapienti che lo preparano, il tortellino perfetto è fatto di atmosfera, di simpatia, di calore e di chiacchiere. Grazie Cristina per la bella esperienza e per averci trasmesso il dimenticato piacere del FARE ... Menzione speciale per il marito di Cristina, Enrico, che dovrebbe essere inserito sempre nel pacchetto cesarine ... divertente, pieno di verve e sempre sul pezzo!
