- I highly recommend if you are in Bologna to take a cooking class with Deborah! It's more than learning to cook regional cuisine, you are also experiencing the true value of traveling—making connections. Deborah not only makes delicious food, but she is also warm and friendly. One can enjoy food (prepared with her guidance) while engaging in authentic, personable conversations. If I am ever in Bologna again, I plan to take another class! 😃
