"My cuisine is a dip in tradition through the flavors of my childhood, to which I like to add a pinch of imagination. My home is located inside a building from the 1500s, where history and culture are the backdrop for informal dinners. The tradition of welcoming guests is handed down by the mother and her family traditions, while the recall to the recipes of memory and above all the emotional flavor linked to the preparation of certain dishes belongs to the paternal branch. Finally, mine is the passion for that magical place that is the "table": gathering, telling, sharing, where food itself is almost a pretext for unraveling a silent narration of other stories."
