"My cuisine is a dip in tradition through the flavors of my childhood, to which I like to add a pinch of imagination. My home is located inside a building from the 1500s, where history and culture are the backdrop for informal dinners. The tradition of welcoming guests is handed down by the mother and her family traditions, while the recall to the recipes of memory and above all the emotional flavor linked to the preparation of certain dishes belongs to the paternal branch. Finally, mine is the passion for that magical place that is the "table": gathering, telling, sharing, where food itself is almost a pretext for unraveling a silent narration of other stories."

Magnifica esperienza e cibo delizioso. Il menù proposto dalla cesarina Laura Clotilde ci ha stupito tanto. Conoscevamo già i piatti tipici della tradizione bolognese ma non avevamo mai assistito o preso visione del momento della preparazione. I prodotti freschi, genuini e la cura del dettaglio hanno fatto la differenza. Buono l'antipasto, spettacolari le tagliatelle al ragù e altrettanto ottimo il polpettone della mamma. Per ogni piatto le porzioni sono state più che abbondanti e grazie alla cordialità e accoglienza della cesarina, abbiamo trascorso una serata "in famiglia".

Esperienza meravigliosa. Da Laura Clotilde abbiamo mangiato piatti tradizionali cucinati a regola d'arte. Le sue tagliatelle al ragù sono buonissime! La sua incredibile ospitalità e simpatia ci ha fatto sentire a casa!

It was an amazing experience, out hosts were so nice and welcoming. We had a lot of fun cooking and eating 2 king of Pastas and Tiramisu from 17h00 to 23h00. I strongly recommand ++
