- I booked a pasta and tiramisu course with Simón and it was perfect. Simón explained everything extremely well, was very well prepared, and shared a lot of useful information and recipes for several types of pasta, sauces, and the tiramisu. Simón was super friendly and made this course a special experience. If I am ever in Bologna again, I will definitely take another course with Simón. Thanks for everything!
