- The best cooking experience! In the comfort of Simon’s home, you learn how to make pasta or pizza and tiramisu. Relaxed, comfortable, knowledgeable, kept to a small intimate group, and a nice atmosphere to sit back and learn to make some pasta and enjoy a “family dinner” together. An experience to remember forever
- I took a cooking class with Simon last week during my vacation in Bologna. He is very passionate about Italian cuisine and is happy to share his knowledge. We made tagliatelle, ravioli with ricotta and spinach, and also a tiramisu. It was truly delicious! Thank you Simon, I had a lot of fun! I really recommend taking this course 😊
- We were automatically matched with Simon for our pasta cooking class and it was an amazing time! We made some delicious tagliatelle, ravioli and ate some incredible bread and tiramisu. Simon taught us how to cook these Italian dishes and we showed Simon some of our Dominican music. It was a lovely time! My one suggestion: for sharing the recipes after, prepare a more formal document/pdf more detailed instructions for each dish.
