- We had the best time at Simon's - his background in food science added an extra element of learning and understanding behind what we were cooking and what to consider when cooking on our own! His enthusiasm really made this a wonderful experience and I learned a lot! I feel ready to do these recipes on my own at home. One of my absolute highlight from my time in Bologna!
