: We were automatically matched with Simon for our pasta cooking class and it was an amazing time! We made some delicious tagliatelle, ravioli and ate some incredible bread and tiramisu. Simon taught us how to cook these Italian dishes and we showed Simon some of our Dominican music. It was a lovely time! My one suggestion: for sharing the recipes after, prepare a more formal document/pdf more detailed instructions for each dish.
