Homemade tagliatelle
I can’t wait to embark on a sensory journey together. We’ll learn how to make handmade tagliatelle and get to know the ingredients well. We’ll work in a homely setting where everything exudes tradition and comfort. Between each step, we’ll enjoy a glass of fine local wine. Once the tagliatelle and sauce are ready, we’ll savour what we’ve made and, over a glass of good wine, discuss the culinary alchemy we’ve created together. Of course, we’ll also have the option of making a vegetarian sauce. I’m an agronomist and will share my knowledge with you throughout the culinary journey.
My husband and I had a cooking class with Simon that exceeded our expectations. It was just the two of us so we learned so much and had such a fun time. Highly recommend cooking with Simon!!

My experience at Simon's house was excellent. Very beautiful, clean and tidy home. We prepared some exquisite tagliatelle with ragu. Simon pays great attention to the quality of the products, is patient in explaining many details and has great enthusiasm.
