Welcome! I’m Marco, and I’ll be welcoming you to the tranquil countryside of Anzola Emilia, with a convenient meeting point near the Bologna train station. My home, a beautifully renovated old barn, is surrounded by a cozy garden and patio, perfect for enjoying food and wine together.

With the help of my wife Silvia, we’ll guide you in preparing two types of traditional Bolognese fresh pasta, including stuffed ravioli. Each of you will have your own workspace and will feel like a true “sfoglina” (pasta maker).

We’ll start with an aperitif in our garden patio and then savor the two pasta dishes we’ve created, finishing with dessert.

I can’t wait to share with you the authentic flavors and warm hospitality of Bologna!
