Guided by the king of the Bolognese table, the tortellino, we will learn together how to prepare the filling and close this delicacy in its typical navel shape. After tackling the tortellino, we will turn our attention to the preparation of tagliatelle, using fresh seasonal ingredients for a sauce that will surprise the palate. And to end on a sweet note, we will learn how to make tiramisu in the traditional way or with the addition of fresh seasonal fruit for an even more special touch.

- This was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Bologna! The class took place in our chef’s beautiful home, which instantly made the experience feel warm and authentic. We started with a glass of crisp prosecco and learned to make three different kinds of pasta completely from scratch — each one more delicious than the last. The ingredients were unbelievably fresh, with herbs like sage picked straight from her garden. After cooking, we sat outside in her gorgeous garden and enjoyed our meal together — a perfect mix of laughter, great food, and wonderful company. If you’re looking for a genuine Italian cooking experience that feels both intimate and inspiring, this class is a must-do. I left full, happy, and ready to recreate these recipes at home!
