Come discover the secrets of Bolognese cuisine in a unique course overlooking the arcades of San Luca! Guided by the king of the Bolognese table, the tortellino, we will learn together how to prepare the filling and close this delicacy in its typical navel shape. After tackling the tortellino, we will turn our attention to the preparation of tagliatelle, using fresh seasonal ingredients for a sauce that will surprise the palate. And to end on a sweet note, we will learn how to make tiramisu in the traditional way or with the addition of fresh seasonal fruit for an even more special touch.

Adriana e’ stata una Cesarina fantastica! Ho prenotato questa esperienza come regalo di compleanno per mio marito. Adriana mi ha contattata appena ricevuta la mia prenotazione ed è stata molto gentile, abbiamo concordato il menù e ci ha anche preparato una deliziosa torta! Adriana ci ha accolto nella sua bellissima casa con un aperitivo preparato da lei, siamo poi entrati nel vivo della cooking class ed e’ stato molto divertente preparare i tortellini insieme. Adriana ci ha seguito attentamente e ci ha dato tanti consigli. L’esperienza si è conclusa con una cenetta in giardino con vista Portici di San Luca. Consiglio vivamente! Un grazie anche al customer care delle Cesarine che ho trovato molto efficiente. Alla prossima esperienza culinaria!

We had a wonderful and fun experience cooking with Adriana in the company of a lovely couple who also attended the cooking course. Adriana is very welcoming, charismatic and fun.
