Adriana welcomed us into her home like a mother. We talked about everything and then got down to business, starting to cook accompanied by a typical aperitif. She taught us the tricks of the trade and then let us settle into her outdoor patio where she had set a wonderful table, thus guaranteeing us privacy and hospitality. The autumn day wasn't the best, but this heated and covered outdoor space allowed us to fully enjoy the day. A lovely experience!

This was truly one of the highlights of our trip to Bologna! The class took place in our chef’s beautiful home, which instantly made the experience feel warm and authentic. We started with a glass of crisp prosecco and learned to make three different kinds of pasta completely from scratch — each one more delicious than the last. The ingredients were unbelievably fresh, with herbs like sage picked straight from her garden. After cooking, we sat outside in her gorgeous garden and enjoyed our meal together — a perfect mix of laughter, great food, and wonderful company. If you’re looking for a genuine Italian cooking experience that feels both intimate and inspiring, this class is a must-do. I left full, happy, and ready to recreate these recipes at home!

Adriana was a fantastic Cesarina! I booked this experience as a birthday gift for my husband. Adriana contacted me as soon as she received my reservation and was very kind; we agreed on the menu and she even prepared a delicious cake! Adriana welcomed us into her beautiful home with an aperitivo she had prepared, and then we got into the heart of the cooking class, which was very fun preparing tortellini together. Adriana followed us carefully and gave us lots of advice. The experience ended with dinner in the garden overlooking the Porticoes of San Luca. I highly recommend it! Thank you also to the Cesarine customer care, which I found very efficient. Until the next culinary experience!

My culinary passion embraces both the rich flavors of Petronian cuisine and the vibrant tastes of the Mediterranean. Among the delicacies my guests adore, the "Tortellini alla Goccia d'Oro" stands out, prepared with a reduction of hen broth, enriched with cream, Parmesan, and saffron, along with the irresistible Bolognese cutlet. Homemade pasta, bread-making, and pastry in general are the beating heart of my passion for cooking, a love I enjoy sharing through every dish I prepare.
