Together we’ll prepare both the ricotta-filled pappardelle from scratch, rolling out the pasta by hand, and the traditional Bolognese ravioli with plum jam.
After cooking, we’ll enjoy everything together: the pappardelle with a fragrant fresh tomato sauce, accompanied by local wine, and the ravioli as a dessert. We’ll finish with a good coffee.
