My cooking always starts with handmade pasta — that slow, precise gesture of rolling out the dough, choosing the right shape, feeling the mixture come to life between your fingers. Traditional Italian first courses are my greatest love: I prepare them with care, pairing them with rich, fragrant sauces built on simple ingredients and plenty of time. And it never ends without something sweet: from the great classics to my lighter variations, because a meal without a little sweetness at the end isn't really complete.

The best part, of course, was eating the fresh pasta we had made! We had such a nice time chatting about Italy, Bologna, food, traditions, and life. Such a warm, fun, and memorable experience. Olga definitely made me want to cook! ❤️
