Shared Experience
Your experience

Welcome to my home in Bologna! I’ll be delighted to welcome you with warmth and hospitality to my bright fifth-floor flat, overlooking greenery and boasting a splendid panoramic view of the park. Together we’ll prepare some of the most beloved traditional Emilian recipes from scratch: handmade tortelloni, fresh tagliatelle rolled out with a rolling pin, and classic Italian tiramisu. I’ll welcome you with a little aperitif and, after the cooking class, we’ll enjoy what we’ve created together, accompanied by a good bottle of local wine and an authentic Italian coffee. A genuine, relaxed experience, rich in flavours.

If you are visiting Bologna, do not leave without taking a cooking class with Olga. It was hands down the highlight of our entire trip. From the moment we arrived, Olga made us feel completely at home. Her warmth, patience, and genuine passion for Italian cooking created an experience that was as fun as it was educational. She walked us through every step with care, answered every question, and made the whole experience feel effortless and joyful. The food we made together was absolutely incredible — fresh, flavorful, and authentically Bolognese. But what truly set the experience apart was the thoughtfulness Olga brought to every detail. She sent us home with beautiful recipe cards of every dish we made, along with photos she took throughout the class so we could relive the experience and remember every moment. When we return home and are recreating the dishes for our family, we will think of Olga and the wonderful afternoon we spent in her kitchen. She is a gifted teacher, a gracious host, and a truly lovely person. Five stars without hesitation. Book her. You will not regret it.

Olga was so kind and knowledgeable! Learning from her felt like cooking with a friend. I’ve left my lesson with an improved understanding of the mechanics of pasta making, some Bologna recommendations, a full stomach, and light spirits from friendly conversation. I highly recommend Olga to anyone looking for a Bolognese cooking class, I had so much fun!

Olga was an amazing host and an even better teacher. Her class was the highlight of our trip to Bologna, and we would definitely recommend her as a passionate and knowledgeable chef. She even continued with our class despite a recent injury, and we really appreciated her dedication.

My cooking always starts with handmade pasta — that slow, precise gesture of rolling out the dough, choosing the right shape, feeling the mixture come to life between your fingers. Traditional Italian first courses are my greatest love: I prepare them with care, pairing them with rich, fragrant sauces built on simple ingredients and plenty of time. And it never ends without something sweet: from the great classics to my lighter variations, because a meal without a little sweetness at the end isn't really complete.
