In my practical and cozy kitchen, I will guide you step by step through the secrets to achieving the best result for fresh pasta dough, including how to roll it out and cut it. You will also learn to prepare Bolognese ragù, with its enveloping fragrance that fills the house. At the end of the course, you can relax at the table, savoring a 3-course menu for either lunch or dinner, including appetizer, first course, and dessert that we will have prepared together, all accompanied by a good local wine.

- I had a really great cooking class together with Alessandra. We made very tasty tortellini and the very delicious dessert Zuppa inglés. I had a wonderful time and I am ready to make pasta at home now.
- Alessandra was amazing! Kind, sweet and so talented! Walked our family through making 2 delicious pasta dishes and perfect tiramisu! The house was lovely and she was so hospitable!

- Alessandra and our cooking experience absolute perfection! She was so warm and welcoming and the environment was peaceful and inviting. We even got to briefly meet her cute, funny father! :) Alessandra is so skilled yet was incredibly patient with us as we formed dough and rolled it out. The food was outstanding… we kept thinking “we can’t believe we just made that!” :) She gave us great information about cooking processes and about the food in the region and beyond. We would 100% recommend this experience and Alessandra to anyone looking for a great time while in or near Bologna. It was definitely worth a train ride.
