In my practical and cozy kitchen, I will guide you step by step through the secrets to achieving the best result for fresh pasta dough, including how to roll it out and cut it. You will also learn to prepare Bolognese ragù, with its enveloping fragrance that fills the house. At the end of the course, you can relax at the table, savoring a 3-course menu for either lunch or dinner, including appetizer, first course, and dessert that we will have prepared together, all accompanied by a good local wine.
