We welcome you into our kitchen here in Bologna!
We’re a young couple from southern Italy, raised amidst the scents of Puglia and the intense flavours of Sicily, with a passion for Bolognese culinary tradition.
In our flat, hospitality is a sacred ritual: we love welcoming travellers from all over the world, not as customers, but as friends gathering to share a moment of chat, laughter, wine and delicious home-cooked food.
We’ll welcome you with an aperitif featuring delicacies from Southern Italy and a nice glass of wine, before we begin our cookery class! We’ll put on our aprons, dust the chopping board with flour and, together, prepare from scratch two of the cornerstones of fresh Emilian pasta and the king of Italian desserts.

We love cooking together, combining memories, ingredients and different influences. For us, a cooking class is above all a moment of sharing, fun and discovery. We welcome our guests into a cozy, intimate space for a small gastronomic journey through different Italian traditions.
