Luciana e Francesco

We are Francesco and Luciana, a couple from Puglia and Sicily who found their home in Bologna. Our passion for cooking comes from the flavors and traditions of Southern Italy, enriched over time by our encounter with Emilian cuisine. We love cooking together, combining memories, ingredients and different influences. For us, a cooking class is above all a moment of sharing, fun and discovery. We welcome our guests into a cozy, intimate space for a small gastronomic journey through different Italian traditions.
