I love cooking risottos, tagliatelle with ragù, carbonara, seafood pastas, as well as meat and fish prepared in different ways, and of course gratin vegetables and various desserts.I’m originally from Veneto, so I can also make baccalà, sweet gnocchi, and other delicacies typical of my region. I also enjoy “borrowing” recipes from other parts of Italy, especially Milanese risotto.

My partner and I included this activity in our short stay in Bologna, and honestly, it was a perfect choice. You learn and have fun at the same time, with Laura and her family going above and beyond.
