My kitchen is my sanctuary: a central island where I bring my creations to life, and a table that can welcome up to ten guests, ready to share flavors and stories. My great passion is pastry, nurtured during experiences abroad in workshops and international kitchens, where I learned to blend tradition and creativity. I love cooking everything—meat, fish, vegetables… and of course, desserts, which remain my small, irresistible world of magic.
