We’ll start with streghe, a light and crispy appetizer made with just a few ingredients. Then we’ll move on to one of the most beloved dishes in Bologna—and throughout Italy: meatballs, soft, flavorful, and comforting. Finally, we’ll wrap up our experience with an Italian classic: torta della nonna, a simple, fragrant dessert that everyone loves. A perfect experience for anyone looking to learn new recipes and enjoy a warm, convivial moment together.
