While our orecchiette are drying, we will dedicate ourselves to preparing delicious soft lemon cookies, with a fresh and inviting aroma, adding a sweet touch to our culinary experience.
At the end of this journey through the authentic flavors of Puglia, we will conclude with a tasting of the dishes we’ve prepared, where each bite will tell the story of tradition. There will also be a starter of friselle with fresh tomatoes, a simple yet flavorful dish, all accompanied by a glass of Primitivo di Manduria, a fine red wine from the region.
