A cooking class to tell and teach some typical recipes of Emilian cuisine. Starting with a typical appetizer, tigelle, continuing with the homemade pasta par excellence: tagliatelle with meat sauce, and concluding in sweetness with tiramisu, made with a recipe handed down for generations.
Each participant will have a station to actively learn all the processes. We look forward to seeing you!

Christina has been cooking with her grandma from she was a child and she shared all her passion and love for making pasta with us. Christina is so friendly and made us feel comfortable from the beginning. We would love to go back and take another class with Christina .
