  • Tiramisù (a chilled dessert made with coffee, lady fingers and mascarpone cheese)

A cooking class to tell and teach some typical recipes of Emilian cuisine. Starting with a typical appetizer, tigelle, continuing with the homemade pasta par excellence: tagliatelle with meat sauce, and concluding in sweetness with tiramisu, made with a recipe handed down for generations.

Each participant will have a station to actively learn all the processes. We look forward to seeing you!

I had the best time during my cooking class with Cristina. Her warmth and patience put me immediately at ease, and it felt like spending time with a friend. She had created a menu with my dietary preferences in mind which was delicious, and after working with her, I am so excited to try my new skills at home.
