I look forward to hosting you for a unique and authentic experience immersed in the tradition of homemade pasta. Our culinary journey will begin with preparing bruschettas, with seasonal products, and the dough for crescentine and tagliatelle. As the dough rests, we'll focus on crafting the dessert. Next, we'll roll out the dough for the Crescentine and the egg pasta for the Tagliatelle. The Crescentine will be instantly dunked into boiling oil, ready to be savored as an appetizer along with a selection of cured meats and cheeses. Depending on your chosen menu, traditional or vegetarian, the Tagliatelle will be enriched with either a hearty ragù or a vegetable sauce. I invite you to seize this opportunity to live an authentic gastronomic experience, rich in flavors and history.
