My name is Susanna and puff pastry was the first recipe my grandmothers taught me.

I enjoy being able to share this skill with people in a fun, family environment. We will make tagliatelle (Bologna's queen recipe), but also ricotta tortelloni and simpler pastas that are considered "poor" because they come straight from our folk traditions such as "strichetti." When we finish we will all taste together with a good glass of wine. Some surprises will not be missed...

Susanna was professional and welcoming. Her English was also good, considering she had two international students. Fun, relaxing, a good mix of practice and tradition without overdoing it. The final tasting was superlative with good wine. My only advice: specify the address in large letters to avoid misunderstandings. Having her direct phone number would have solved our problem immediately.
