Take a seat at my table to savor forgotten recipes that have been treasured and passed down for generations.

During this cooking class you will learn how to prepare 3 recipes: a typical appetizer such as piadina, tortelloni and a fantastic tiramisu.

Under my guidance you will learn how to make dough like a real sfoglina and how to prepare fresh pasta, following my family's recipes.

Everyone will participate in making the recipe, and everyone will be provided with an apron and a handout, where the recipes will be explained, with ingredients and steps.

At the end of the course you will be able to relax at the table, enjoying a 3-course menu, whether lunch or dinner, including appetizer, main course and dessert that we will have prepared together, all accompanied by a good local wine.

Alessandra and our cooking experience absolute perfection! She was so warm and welcoming and the environment was peaceful and inviting. We even got to briefly meet her cute, funny father! :) Alessandra is so skilled yet was incredibly patient with us as we formed dough and rolled it out.
