I will meet my guests in the city center. Together we will visit the two most important herb markets and typical delicatessen shops, where we will buy cold meats and cheese. When the tour is over, we will walk home, where we will cook typical regional recipes.

In particular, I will teach my guests how to knead and roll out pasta, making tagliatelle or tortelloni. Lunch or dinner will end with a dessert, always made together with the guests.

: Paola was a great host. She welcomed us in her cozy and charming house to teach me and my partner how to make tortelone, tagliatelle, and tiramisu. She was very patient and explained all the steps in a perfect English. The food was delicious. She made us some appetisers such as bruschetta and focaccia with ricotta and olives. The experience was delightful and it was a pleasure to meet Paola. We super recommend it, it was a 10/10.
