I will welcome you into my kitchen, where you will learn how to make fresh pasta and roll it out with a rolling pin. Then I will guide you in the preparation of tortellini: you will learn how to stuff them and close them with your own hands. Finally, we will taste them together, accompanied by a good meat broth or Parmesan crma.

- Paola was fantastic! Very welcoming and kind. We were thoroughly impressed by her attention to detail and patience throughout the class. We learned many interesting skills that we will use once we get back home. Next time we visit Bologna, a must visit will be to take another class, perhaps her Grandmothers lasagna?
