Small group hands-on cooking class with pizza and tiramisu, followed by lunch and dinner with the recipes prepared during the class

During this pizza master class you will join me to begin making pizza dough, a unique dough that we will use for all our subsequent preparations. If this is your first time making pizza dough, get ready to have fun and get your hands dirty! After preparing the pizza dough we will let it rest and rise, in the meantime we will focus on preparing the ingredients we will use as toppings to make our pizza! We will choose together the perfect toppings to customize our pizza to your taste, but remember: no pineapple!

Eva was such a wonderful host! She was welcoming and knowledgeable and shared all of her tips and tricks with us. My husband and I attended and were joined by two people from Greece. We made tortellini, tagliatelle, gnocchi and tiramisu and then enjoyed a meal together with local wines and difestifs. I highly recommend this experience, and highly recommend selecting Eva as your host!
