What a fantastic workshop! From the first moment, Cristina made us feel right at home. Her warm, personal approach instantly put us at ease.
We learned how to make pasta entirely from scratch – from kneading the dough to shaping the perfect tagliatelle and tortelloni. Cristina didn’t just share her recipes; she also offered practical tips you won’t find in any cookbook. Everything was shared with such passion and love for the cuisine of Bologna, it was contagious!
The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. We tasted, we learned, and we truly enjoyed ourselves.
The result was absolutely delicious! The dishes were pure, authentic, and made with care – by us, under Cristina’s expert guidance.
