My husband, daughter (8yo) and I went to Rosa’s house to have a cooking class. From the moment she opened the door we knew we were in for an authentic Italian experience. Rosa was energetic, patient and fun. It was Easter Sunday so she offered us some traditional Colomba. We were with two more people in the class and we made delicious food (tagliatelle, tortelloni and tiramisu). We absolutely recommend doing this as it was such a highlight in our family trip. We had great food and great conversations. My daughter was delighted too.

Rosa was a fantastic Cesarina who made us feel like we were at a Sunday family lunch at home. We learned so much about pasta and Italian and Bolognese cuisine, and she gave us plenty of ideas to help us recreate what we learned once we're back home. We highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for something authentic and non-touristy.
