Want to spend some fun time in the kitchen, even with your kids? Join me for an interactive and customizable cooking class! Together we’ll prepare piadine, pizza, and colorful pasta dough for tagliatelle, tortelloni, lasagna, or garganelli. There will also be delicious meat, vegetable, or mortadella meatballs to enjoy with perfect dipping sauces. And to end on a sweet note, you can choose from tiramisù, tenerina, apple pie, rose cake, and many other homemade treats. We’ll create your ideal menu together—starter, main course, dessert, or any combination you like. Cooking will be a joy to share!

- Had a great time learning how to make pasta and Ragu. Very enjoyable lesson with Rosa who was sweet and fun.
- Rosa is a terrific teacher with such a great personality. As her session description promised, we decided on a great menu together (pizza, tortelloni and chocolate cake). My session was shared with a couple and Rosa made everyone feel welcome, appreciated and encouraged. She was such a cheerleader and no error was a problem. She clearly loves to teach and be around people, making an instant community. As we enjoyed a glass of wine, we baked pizza in her red Ferrari (really!) countertop pizza oven and folded tortelloni, which was stuffed with ricotta. We made tagliatelle at the same time and that arrived perfectly cooked and plated with ragu for us at the table. Then a lovely chocolate cake to finish. I had a great time and would highly recommend a class with Rosa to anyone, even if shy or unfamiliar in the kitchen. She has a way of making everyone feel special..

- We had a such a great time cooking with Rosa. We made delicious pasta (tortelloni & tagliatelle) and tiramisu and just had a wonderful afternoon / evening. Rosa is very welcoming and lovely and so much fun to be around, I can definitely recommend!
