    I combine a passion for cooking with a love of good wine, offering a complete culinary experience. We will discover together the genuine goodness of Modenese dishes prepared at home and selecting raw materials of the highest quality. Almost all of them are km 0 products from my area, which is the Modenese Apennines. As a certified AIS Sommelier and teacher of wine courses, I find great satisfaction in matching each dish with the perfect wine.

    I have a passion for homemade fresh pasta, including tortellini, ricotta and spinach tortelloni, tagliatelle, and potato gnocchi. I also enjoy preparing risottos with seasonal vegetables or cheeses paired with Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. I love making savory vegetable tarts and desserts, particularly pies with organic jams and traditional sweets from Modena. As a certified AIS Sommelier and wine course instructor, I take pleasure in pairing each dish with the right wine. Additionally, if the guest is a wine enthusiast and requests it, I can organize guided tastings for a more in-depth experience.
