I spent my childhood in the kitchen with my grandmother, immersed in the aromas and flavors of rustic cooking. I live a stone's throw from the historic center and it is here that I await you for a unique culinary experience. Don't just expect a lunch or dinner: what I offer is a real cooking demo! You will be able to see how I prepare tigelle (traditional Italian bread), following the tradition handed down to me. And after the tigelle, accompanied by local cold cuts/cheeses and organic jams, comes dessert: a properly made tiramisu, creamy, just sweet enough, with that touch of coffee that makes it irresistible!
