I am Maria Luisa, Cesarina from Modena, and I await you at my home to spend an evening discovering tigelle, typical flatbreads symbolic of our tradition.
Together, we will learn the secrets and tricks to prepare this dish. These small discs of dough to be stuffed as you like got their name from the terracotta discs used for their baking. In fact, the term probably comes from the Latin word "tegere," meaning to cover.
After the course we will taste the tigelle, pairing them with a good glass of wine. It will be a unique opportunity to share an evening together and meet new people. I look forward to seeing you!
