I will guide you through the preparation of doughs, the art of rolling out pasta, using a rolling pin, and creating a lump-free béchamel sauce and a delicious ragù. I'll share many secrets gleaned from years of experience, making cooking much simpler and more enjoyable.
I have a university background in foreign languages, English and German, so it will be easy to engage in conversations with people from all over the world. My house, which has retained its original characteristics, is a century-old building located near the center of Modena.

The only challenge was we were there during very hot weather and there was no air conditioning, but we still enjoyed the evening. We highly recommend this experience.
