Tortellini in broth or alla Panna represent a delicious first course in the Modena tradition, featuring a filling of meat, Parma ham and Parmigiano Reggiano that explodes in the mouth. They are served in a rich chicken or capon broth; for gourmand palates, there is also a alla Panna version, with cream straight from the dairy, authentic and tasty.
In my family, it was my grandmother Emila who brought us together during the Christmas and Easter holidays to enjoy these traditional dishes together. Today I am the one who keeps this wonderful tradition alive, once again gathering the family around the table and celebrating the connection to our roots.

- Meris is the most wonderful person we met on our entire trip! I cannot stress this enough - the whole experience was MAGICAL! The lesson was so much fun, I learnt many new skills, we had a lot of fun, the food was delicious and Meris made the whole thing an experience that I will remember as long as I live. She was warm, welcoming, loving, very sweet and honestly so lovely that I want to be her friend forever. I cannot reccomend her enough. Or give her any higher praise. Simply- PERFECT! 🥰🥰🥰🥰
